Tuesday 6:30 Dinner @ Rudy's (Excellent BarBQ and potato salad) located on Harvey Rd. just before Ozona/Carino's and all that.  (Need about $7) 

Tuesday 7:30 Life Group @ 2541 Ashford Dr. (Aliece's Place) located at 2541 Ashford Dr. . . Just east of the intersection of Tx. & SW Pkwy.  Remember this is an hour earlier than we met last semester. We want to spend time with you as well as respect your time to study and be at home in the evenings!

Wednesday 9:30 "9:30 Prayer" @ 711 Cross St.  Turn right/left from University onto South College and it's just to the left and behind The Junction and Harry's. An amazing opportunity for intimate prayer and worship through song. 

This week's lesson will be on barriers to love  ~  Lack of Understanding, Lack of Personal Health, and Lack of Skills.  As our primary value of Life Group is to love, you won't want to miss this one and it's always a great time to invite new friends!

**REMINDER**

We will not be having normal lifegroup tonight - instead we're helping with the International Thanksgiving Dinner at Aldersgate.  The dinner begins at 5:30PM, but some of us will be getting there at 4PM to finish decorating our room.  Please come join the fun!!

Our lifegroup is in charge of making Thanksgiving cards and headdresses with the kids, and we still need markers, staplers, tape, and more decorative Thanksgiving-like items.  If you have any (or all) of these things please bring them tonight!

Stuff you NTK ( Need To Know ) ...

• GO! MISSIONS CONFERENCE Tuesday (Nov. 8th) @ 7pm @ Reed Arena (free)!  Break Out sessions, worship, and opportunities to meet mission agencies from all over the U.S. who want to help you go to the nations!
• PROJECT CHRISTMAS CHILD - This Tuesday is the last day to bring money to donate to Project Christmas Child, wich provides gifts and the story of Jesus to children around the world!  Please donate $5 or more to make this gift a success! *And we'll go shopping later this week and put the boxes together!
• CARNIVAL BANQUET - Friday (Nov.11th) @ Noon @ Aldersgate, cost is  $12 which covers a catered meal for yourself and one of the carnival workers' meals.  This is an opportunity to show love and care for people who don't often experience it on the day to day.  They have amazing stories to share and it's really fun.  You can also sponsor one of the workers for a care package and it's $32.  
• INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS' THANKSGIVING BANQUET - Tuesday (Nov. 20th) Time TBA @ Aldersgate (free) Come serve the international student community of Bryan/College Station a delicious American Thanksgiving meal and show them the hospitality and welcoming spirit of the Lord.  Remember these students are far from home and probably haven't seen their families in a while.  We're also helping the children make Native American head-dresses and vests, as well as Thanksgiving Cards.  Any creative/cool/fun ideas??  We wanna hear them!   We can also sign up to "adopt-a-student" to spend some time with us in our homes during the Christmas holidays!

Monday - Leadership Planning - 5:45 @ 711 Cross St.  Happy Halloween! Be safe and have fun! 

Tuesday - LG Dinner - 7:30-8:15(ish) @ Thai Taste on S. College Happy All Saint's Day!

Tuesday - Life Group - 8:30-9:45(ish) @ 2541 Ashford Dr. (Aliece's House) Bring a bible, a friend, and an open heart! 

Wednesday - "9:30 Prayer" - 9:30-10:30 @ 711 Cross St.

Other Goodness Going On:

• Project Christmas Child - Bring $5 (or more!) to LG on Tuesday - we're going to make shoe box gifts for children around the world to receive the best Christmas gift, the story of Jesus!  Anyone wanna go shopping with me ?!  
• Sometime Soon: We're going to make a meal for the Family Room @ the Hospital where Martha's brother is receiving treatment for cancer!  Families will feel so blessed to have delicious home cooked food to eat.  
• Coming up: Thanksgiving Dinner for International students at Aldersgate (Nov. 22nd)
